Ironclad Repair Warranty

TurnKey Repair Warranty

Coverage Details

Coverage Period

Your protection remains valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles from the date of service, whichever occurs first. Coverage begins the moment you pay your invoice and drive your vehicle off our lot.

Parts & Labor

We stand behind both the components we source and the hands that install them. Should a covered part fail or our installation prove faulty, you will not pay for that job twice. We select OEM and equivalent parts specifically to ensure durability from the start.

Qualifying Repairs

This guarantee applies to every standard repair service performed at TurnKey Auto Repair. Coverage includes complex jobs like timing belt replacements alongside routine brake service and electrical diagnostics. We warrant that routine maintenance items are installed correctly, though consumable fluids and filters themselves are excluded as they naturally degrade with use.

The terms are simple. If we repaired a system and that repair fails within the coverage period, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost. This protection extends to both the physical components we installed and the labor required to replace them. This limited warranty applies specifically to the repairs and components detailed on your invoice. We provide this coverage to confirm our absolute confidence in the quality of our parts and the expertise of our team. Standard Exclusions

Transparency requires clear boundaries. We list these exclusions to prevent surprises and establish shared expectations. These scenarios represent situations outside our control or distinct from the specific work we performed.

Normal Wear Items

Components designed to diminish through regular use fall outside warranty coverage for that specific wear. This list includes brake pads, clutch discs, wiper blades, light bulbs, belts, hoses, batteries, and tires. We warranty that we installed them correctly, but the natural lifespan of the material remains the owner's responsibility.

Customer-Supplied Parts

We are happy to install parts you provide. However, we cannot warranty the quality or longevity of components we did not source. Our coverage in these instances applies strictly to our installation labor.

Modifications & Aftermarket Performance

Aftermarket modifications and performance upgrades often operate outside standard manufacturer specifications. These parts frequently endure stress beyond original design parameters. Consequently, custom work and non-OEM performance upgrades fall outside our standard warranty terms.

Neglected Maintenance

Mechanical health requires a holistic approach. A repair may fail if related systems are ignored. For example, internal engine repairs rely on regular oil changes to maintain integrity. Skipping recommended maintenance intervals may void coverage on related repairs.

Pre-Existing Conditions

This warranty applies specifically to the work outlined on your invoice. Documented pre-existing issues or failures in components we did not service remain the owner's responsibility.

Commercial & Fleet Use

Commercial, fleet, and rideshare vehicles accumulate wear at accelerated rates compared to personal vehicles. We evaluate warranty terms for these high-use contexts on a case-by-case basis.

Towing & Transportation

Transportation to the shop for warranty service remains the owner's responsibility. We do not cover towing fees. If you require assistance finding a reliable tow operator, please call us for a recommendation.

How It Works

We designed this process to be automatic and hassle-free. You do not need to fill out registration cards or navigate a third-party website. We keep the focus on getting you back on the road.   Please Note: To preserve your coverage, do not attempt self-repair or authorize work at another facility prior to contacting us. Unauthorized intervention on a covered part prevents us from verifying the failure and may jeopardize your warranty claim. We must document the issue to guarantee protection. Please contact us immediately, and we will facilitate the resolution process for you.

Automatic Activation

Coverage begins immediately upon payment of your invoice. No waiting period applies. You leave our shop with full protection on the work we performed.

Documentation

Your service invoice acts as your proof of coverage. It details the specific labor and parts protected by this warranty. We also retain digital records of all work performed. If you misplace your paperwork, we can locate your service history in our system.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us promptly if you suspect an issue with a repair. Early detection often prevents minor concerns from developing into larger problems. Reach out to us within 14 days of noticing a symptom.

Service Location

Warranty work must be completed at a TurnKey Auto Repair location. Bringing the vehicle to our Plymouth or Richmond shops allows the technicians familiar with your repair to diagnose and resolve the issue accurately.

Resolution

We will inspect the vehicle to verify the cause of failure. If the issue stems from our workmanship or a covered part, we will correct it at zero cost. We handle the entire process with the same transparency used during your original visit.

Our Commitment

This warranty serves as the written commitment behind our standard of care. We prioritize precision over speed, ensuring that every repair utilizes the correct components and undergoes thorough verification before your vehicle leaves our bay. We do the work properly so you can drive with confidence. When you hand us your keys, you are trusting us to keep your vehicle reliable. We take that responsibility seriously. You deserve to know that our work is built to endure the road ahead. If a covered repair fails, we fix it. There is no complex negotiation required. We believe in clear communication and an open-door approach to service. If you have any uncertainty regarding what is covered, please ask a member of our team. We are always here to explain the details and ensure you understand exactly how we protect your investment.

No. For your warranty to remain valid, the vehicle must be returned to a TurnKey Auto Repair location. Our technicians are familiar with the history of your repair and are best equipped to resolve the issue. Please do not authorize work at another facility before contacting us, as this may jeopardize your claim.

Transportation to the shop is the owner's responsibility, and we do not cover towing fees. However, if you are stranded, please call us. We can recommend reliable local towing operators to help get your vehicle to our Plymouth or Richmond location.

If you supplied the parts, our warranty covers strictly the labor to install them. We cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of components we did not source ourselves.

Our warranty covers the correct installation of these parts, but it does not cover the natural degradation of the material. Components designed to diminish through regular use (e.g. brake pads, wiper blades, and tires) are excluded from standard coverage.
